1 8oz Cool Whip frozen

Place frozen Cool whip and Chocolate in Microwave Safe bowl. Microwave for 1.5 minutes, If chocolate is not melted put in again for 20 seconds. Stir until combined.

DON'T PANIC it's supposed to look like brown water. In about 15 minutes (placed in fridge) you will have Chocolate Icing, if you want a thiner concistency don't wait the 15 minutes. This tastes like a Ganache.

The guests at my party on Saturday where in shock. Couldn't believe it only took 1.5 minutes to make. This tastes much better than any store bought brand you can get off the shelves.

Enjoy!
